Privacy policy

The data controller is Jan Kozák, Galvani, Prague, contact galvani78@gmail.com. This page describes what palisade.galvani.pro stores and why.

Annotation

  • You sign in with a Google account. We store the name and e-mail from the account and a randomly derived reviewer identifier. The name and e-mail serve only to pay out rewards and are never exported; in the data produced by annotation the reviewer appears only under the identifier.
  • For every judged comment we store the verdict, the time spent on the item and any answer to a follow-up question. This data is used to train and measure the moderator.
  • We keep the data for the duration of the collaboration and for as long as settlement requires. You can ask for deletion at the contact above; the verdicts remain, with no link to the name and e-mail.

Try to break it

  • The comment you write is sent to the moderator for a verdict. Without the consent box ticked it is discarded after the verdict and stored nowhere. With consent the moderator keeps it as an example for its own improvement and you can flag the verdict as wrong; that flag carries only an anonymous browser identifier.
  • To limit the number of requests, a fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour; the address itself is not stored.

Visit statistics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept it in the banner, with anonymised IP, to count visits. Declining stores only that choice in your browser. Nothing else is loaded from other domains.

Signing in with Google

Only the name and e-mail are read from the Google account; no other scope is requested and nothing else is stored. Information obtained from Google APIs is handled according to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to processing at the contact above. A complaint can be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
